Momentum Builders focuses on 3D-printing digital products and remote printer help.
We sell functional STL files as digital downloads. After purchase, files are delivered inside your membership. Nothing is shipped.
We also offer online printer troubleshooting. That service is a single 60-minute remote session. It is sold separately from the STL pack.
Printer support is provided remotely. We do not offer physical repair or on-site service.
The two products stay separate: buying STL files does not include a paid support session, and buying support does not include STL files.
